Fix for Canvas & Library Services Access
Since our last notification on this topic, the Technology Center has worked with InCommon to expedite publishing the new SSL certificate, which will re-enable SSO gateway access to Canvas and Library Services.
This process should seamlessly refresh the certificate without manual intervention from college Canvas Admins. Please attempt to access your Canvas and Library Services systems before manually updating the certificate in your Canvas Administrator.
If access is still blocked, you can follow the manual process outlined below, which has been updated based on feedback from college staff who have successfully restored access to Canvas and Library Services.

- Modify an entry within the Canvas Instructure account's SAML configuration.
You will need access to the Canvas Admin console to do this. - Replace the certificate fingerprint specified with a new value of 3c3b8ea0f7c6c3565aae3ee2636bca4ac5fe8625
- Make these same changes to your Ex Libris tenant's SAML authentication configuration if you are still using the SSO Gateway for authentication. Use the same fingerprint: 3c3b8ea0f7c6c3565aae3ee2636bca4ac5fe8625
- If this does not resolve the access issue, please contact

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our students and staff.
