    Hello Briseyda,

    CCCApply 6.26 was just released, there were some modifications to the spam filter in that release.

    Your web browser profile is holding on to some old configurations.

    Other colleges have had success by doing the following:

    Please fully log out of you browser, close the whole thing down, then re-authenticate into CCCApply Admin.

    If that does not work please clear your web browser cache. Then re-authenticate as above.

    You can also use the Chrome Incognito mode if you do not want to mess with your web cache.
