Potential Student Support Impacts from Winter Storm

The Technology Center has been informed by its 24/7 student support vendor that response times for CCC student support requests may be affected by a winter storm expected to impact the Midwest, South, and Southeast United States this weekend. The vendor and the Technology Center are working together to maintain staff coverage if power outages occur at call centers in the storm’s path.
