Jason Gill our Enabling Services & Support team will distribute lists of the missing SSNs to each college through a secured/restricted google sheet.
We are in the process of identifying all the applications affected by this and performing the data fix needed to develop the lists. We are targeting tomorrow to prep the secured folders, etc, for distribution to specific college staff. -
Hi Jane,
Any updates on this issue or ETA on resolution?

None of the apps we received on 11/15, 11/16 and 11/17 had values in CCTC_SSN. They still don't as of 15:00 on today, 11/18. Will these be updated via SuperGlue, or some other secure side-channel method?

We are in the process of identifying all the applications affected by this and performing the data fix needed to develop the lists. Today, the ESS team is working to prep the secured folders, etc, for distribution to specific college staff.
The hope is that we'll be able to start reaching out to colleges as early as tomorrow.
