Intermittent Outages on ID.me today

Starting earlier this morning, the ID.me website has experienced intermittent outages. 

Here's the latest update from the ID.me Customer Service team:
As of approximately 3pm ET, we continue to experience intermittent degradation affecting both account login and verification flows. We are urgently working to remedy the matter and will provide another update shortly.

  At approximately 6 pm Pacific time yesterday, November 18, 2024, ID.me reported that the intermittent service interruptions were fixed.
