Student Application Data Delivery Restored
A fix to restore the delivery of student application data has been deployed to the pilot and production environments. The backlog of application data from today's outage will be delivered to colleges overnight.
Please reach out immediately to our staff support team (staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com) if your college encounters any continuing issues with application data delivery.

Hi. I don’t think it’s working. We received what looks like normal numbers between 7 and 8 PM last night but since then nothing.

Hello,
I do not see any new apps coming after 7 PM last night and am unable to validate apps through the SPAM filter successfully.

Thanks, Michael and Caitlyn, for letting us know. Applications were flowing until around 8:45 p.m., when they stopped. The SuperGlue team is back to actively researching and developing a fix.

Same for our district. We're still missing about 350 applications.

Yes, in the time the system was up it delivered almost 3000 applications, but we are working for a way to manually trigger delivery of the full backlog with an alternate workflow. Stay tuned....
