A final round of testing for updates to the CCCApply spam filter was conducted this week with data from production applications. This testing was to verify the effectiveness of the improvements to the spam filter. One week of production applications was run through the spam filter for analysis. After testing, these applications are deleted from the pilot environment and not stored in pilot databases.
Colleges that have active pilot integrations with their SIS system may see these applications delivered into their pilot SIS environment. Colleges who do not typically copy production data into their test pilot environment may want to delete these applications to ensure that demos of SIS system functionality will not show data from production applications.
