If you are not using an iCloud Private Relay:
- Try clearing your cache and history, and start a new browser session.
- Attempt to log in via an Incognito Window.
- Disable browser plugins.
- If you are using a VPN or service that masks your IP address, please disable it.
- Try logging in using your mobile network or your local college's network.
- If these steps do not resolve your issue, please provide a complete screenshot of the error message that captures the IP address and Incident ID.
- How many students are currently being impacted by this issue?
- Additionally, please provide the name of the location associated with the IP address.
If you are using an iCloud Private Relay:
iCloud Private Relay is blacklisted as an anonymous VPN service on application services. Please follow this link (https://support.apple.com/en-us/102022) to find information on how to disable iCloud Private Relay. Once you have followed these steps, please clear your browser's cache and history before signing into your OpenCCC account again. If you continue to receive the proxy error, please start a new browser session or try |a different browser.
