Report Center Running Slow?

CCCApply has been running really slow for us at College of the Canyons. It loads but takes some time. It's been this way for at least the last hour. Does this have to do with the update? Is anyone else experiencing issues?

  Yes we are also experiencing the slowness at Foothill College.
