504 Bad Gateway Message when Creating CCCApply Account

Hello,

We are encountering a 504 Bad Gateway error message when students are attempting to create their CCCApply account. They enter their email/phone number and submit and then receive the message. This is happening both on our campus (Bakersfield College) and off site at service area high schools.
