CCCApply 6.16.1 Hotfix Deployed to PILOT Today 8/29 2:30PM

A successful hotfix was made to the PILOT environment today 8/29/24 from 2:03pm - 2:25pm (no downtime).  This fix was needed to concluded the deployment activities for the CCCApply 6.16.0 release from earlier this week.  A follow-up production release is planned (tbd) following completion of regression testing.
