OpenCCC Release 2.3.5 - Deployed to Pilot Today & Production Tomorrow - Aug 27-28, 2024

A zero downtime OpenCCC maintenance release is deploying to Pilot today (Aug 27) and Production tomorrow (Aug 28). 

In addition to some internal technical updates, this release includes an enhancement implements string-comparison logic that compares the First and Last Name data entered by students in their OpenCCC accounts with the "verified" data returned by ID.me and delivered to colleges in all capital letters.
