Multi Account Creation tool errors

We are uploading bulk lists of 200 students to generate CCCID using the Multi Account Creation tool this morning. It is intermittently working. Just about every other time we upload a file, it briefly shows an error message "WHOOPS e is undefined" before the page redirects us back to the main CCC Administrator page. 

Is anyone else having issues with this tool today? Thank you!
