CAP Admin Tools Intermittent Access Issue - August 13, 2024

The CCCTC is aware of an issue potentially impacting some staff users' ability to access CCCApply Admin tools in CAP.  The team is actively investigating the issue and will post updates related to a resolution as soon as possible.

  The CAP intermittent issue reported on August 13, 2024 has been resolved. 

  Ultimately the issue was due to excessive "refreshing" of the Spam Filter browser page by college users which further overloaded the entire CAP system.  

  Thankfully the issue is now resolved and the spam filter, along with all CAP admin tools, are once again working properly.
