Update: Fix to August 7 CCCApply Intermittent Submitted Applications Issue
On August 7, around 3:30 pm, the CCCApply development team resolved an issue regarding a small batch of submitted applications (approximately 550) that were not displaying correctly as “submitted” on the My Applications page despite being submitted in the database. In addition, the application confirmation emails were not sent out successfully to the applicants as part of the post-submission workflow process.
We have resolved this issue but regret this disruption. Students who may have submitted an application or encountered an error during this time can view their submitted application information on their CCCApply My Applications page by following the steps below:
- Return to your college’s CCCApply Application via your Admissions page or another webpage.
- Sign In through the OpenCCC Sign In page.
- Expand the Submitted Applications table on the My Applications page to view their submitted application.
