    We  noticed an issue yesterday (Monday, 6/4/24) as well. Thought it was something on our end.

    The College of Marin has also noticed that no applications have been pulled down via SuperGlue since around 11:30 pm last night.  We will follow this threads for updates.

    Hi Jane,

    Allan Hancock is experiencing the same outage. No applications have been added to SuperGlue tables since 6/3/2024 @ 11:10pm.

    FYI, LACCD has been experiencing this since last Friday. Friday we were only missing a few, Saturday was much like today. Sunday seemed normal, other than low volume, yesterday it worked for a while but stopped around 4:15PM and today we've had 5.

    Note that the sis_receipt flag in report center doesnt necessarily work as expected, so cross-checking with your own database may be necessary.

    Hi Rena and Felicia, Thanks for responding, the support team is tracking your college's record of this issue. 

    Rena, we do have some ideas for a workaround if the downtime extends beyond a day, which we hope will not be the case. If we don't have a fix in hand by early tomorrow, we'll see which plan B we can execute as a workaround.

    Hi Jane,

    We see the applications in the Control Center, but they are still not downloading. We used the reset application download function and they will not download.

    Do we need to do anything else, like restart the super glue adapter?
