CCCApply Spam Filter - apps not downloading into our SIS once marked valid
Hi Tech Support,
We are finding more CCCAppy applications not downloading into our SIS (Banner). I have identified that most were originally in the spam filter, marked as valid, and then they never download into our system.
How can we problem solve this issue?
Is there a report that we can pull of applications that were marked valid so we can cross reference?
Thanks,
Rena

Our district found more than 200+ applications that were submitted over the weekend that were not downloaded from SuperGlue. We opened a ticket a short while ago, but we've not yet received a response.
We were able to find the missing apps by running a report in the Report Center and comparing that against a query of the apps in SuperGlue.
Edited to add: Just to be clear, these missing apps were never in our Spam Filter. However, we had to mark them as valid in the Spam Filter in order to download them from SuperGlue.

Thanks Ali. We ran a report of all the applications that were submitted since last Friday and we are cross referencing them now. Our summer term just started, so NOT good timing for this to happen. I guess it's never good timing :-)
Thanks,
Rena

We have an automated script that regularly pulls all apps through the report center and compares them to the ones delivered via superglue.
We have only had a large number not get delivered due to some network down time. Did anything happen like that recently? The last time that happened, they something like 95% of them got slowly delivered over the next few hours.
Beyond those large batches, we only get one here or there that fails to download to some unknown issue. We mark them as valid again in the spam filter and they do download.
The ones that still won't download have been due to a character issue that causes it to fail for our Unidata Colleague system.

Jason Brady, we had a brief planned outage over the weekend, but it was only ten minutes or so. Plus, some of the missing apps were submitted prior to the outage.
We experience the same issue with a random app that fails to download and the same special character issue since we're also a Unidata Colleague school, but never anything on the scale of what we experienced this weekend.

Actually, we got hit with this as well. Our automated check runs every Friday, and it looks like it started last Friday, and has continued on to today.

Not working for us either at State Center. Has anyone heard and ETA when it will be fixed?

Robin, they just asked us to restart the adapter host and they will check the conductor.
I will keep you posted if it worked for us,
Rena
