Notice: CCCApply Recent Production Release Update
Following the CCCApply v.6.14.5 production release of the new CCCApply Ed Goal/Majors filter on May 3, 2024, we have an update on two known issues:
Fix to the Term “Application Type” Issue
The previously reported issue regarding open Terms with an “application type” set to “Both” (Standard & Noncredit applications) has been resolved in the production release. The Ed Goal/Majors filter functionality should work correctly now with all Terms table settings.

Enable Transfer Major Filter Checkbox
A handful of colleges reported that the checkmark placed in the Enable Transfer Major Filter checkbox was not staying checked when they navigated away from the Majors screen and then returned to the page.
While the development team is troubleshooting a solution to this issue, we have confirmed that the filter is working correctly. Our CCCTC Support team can successfully enable/disable the filter for colleges in-house, even while the checkmark continues to disappear on the college’s local side.
That said, for colleges that are ready to implement the filter, we recommend the following steps until further notice:
- Send an email request with your college or district name to CCCTC Staff Support staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com to “enable” your Production filter. Please stop interacting with the check box once you submit a support request.
- A support representative will enable or disable the filter on your behalf and confirm the filter is enabled. Please be patient. This process could take 24-48 hours.
- Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the filter has been enabled successfully and is ready for you to test in your Production CCCApply application.

If you still don’t see the check mark in the Enable Transfer Major Filter box, then DO NOT CHECK THE BOX AGAIN. Please check your CCCApply application to confirm that your majors are filtering as expected when you select the "Obtain an associate degree and transfer to a 4-year institution” option from the Education Goal menu.
The filter should work as expected once we enable the filter for you even if you continue not to see the check mark in the Administrator.
