Reminder! Zero Downtime CCCApply Production Update Today, Friday, April 12, 2024

Successful pilot testing for CCCApply 6.14.4 completed yesterday and this release will be deployed into production today, Friday, April 12, 2024 starting at approximately 8 am. There is no expected downtime for this release. 

The following enhancements are included in this release:

• Major expansion to the American Indian Alaska Native (AIAN) list of tribes in the Demographics section of the standard and international applications

• Note: For a detailed breakdown of change specifications, including the complete list of AIAN race group/ethnicities and data fields, please see 2024 AIAN Expansion Enhancement in CCCApply.

• Student Parent Question Enhancement
• Collect Number of Dependents Under/Over Age 18 on CCCApply standard and online 2024-2025 California Community College Promise Grant (CCPG) applications

• New CCPG online application for the 2024-2025 academic year
• The 2024-2025 online CCPG, delayed due to the revised FAFSA, will now be available to students

• Enhancements to the Bulk Account/CCCID Create Template in CCCApply Administrator
