CCCApply Admin Spam Filter Utility Offline

The CCCApply Admin Spam Filter apears to be offline.  It sits at the Loading... screen and never generates the form.  Eventually it reverts back to the "Welcome to the CCC Administrator" page.

  College of the Canyons is experiencing the same. My screen is currently sitting at "loading".
