Requests must come from a college, district, or Chancellor's Office staff person, and have an executive-level approval/agreement on the submission. The deadline to submit a request is October 31 of each calendar year for updates to be considered for prioritization and development in the following calendar year. The request portal will stay open year-round, but anything received after October 31 may not be reviewed until the next year unless it’s a legal mandate. Please note that Bug/Error fixes do not require use of this form and can instead be submitted via email to staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com.
