Issue with Submitting Staff Support Tickets
Good afternoon,
I have submitted several staff support tickets over the past month to whitelist IP addresses for application workshops and have received no response. Has the process for this changed? I have been using the following email: staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com

No process has changed. I took a look in the ticket system and found nothing from this month. Can you please submit them again and we will keep an eye out for them.
