SIS_Receipt in Reports Center

Hello,

My apologies if I've missed it but will the SIS_Receipt field be added to the CCCApply Reports Center? (If it is there and someone could point me to where I could find it, I would appreciate it!)

When we had the downloader, we used the Download Status field very heavily to find students whose applications got stuck along the way so it would be great if the SIS_Receipt field could be in Reports Center rather than only in the data warehouse. Thank you!

  The SIS_Recipt field has has been added in the Report Center. Here is how you find it:

  1. From the main menu select "Create Ad Hoc View" a data selection window will pop up.

  2. Next you need to select the correct data source. Click "view as tree" button  (it is the one on the right)

  3. Now navigate to the data source in the tree view: Public > Ad Hoc Components > Topics > [Submitted Applications]. 

  4. Click OK

  5. The Ad Hoc View editor will now be present. In the left hand menu you will see field groupings. Expand "General Applications" 

  6. At the bottom of the group you will find "SIS Receipt"
