Zero Downtime Student Success Suite PRODUCTION Hotfix Today at Noon

A Student Success Suite release will be deployed to PRODUCTION today, July 11, 2023, starting at 12 pm. There is no downtime expected for this release.This release includes the following updates:
  • New “submit a request” link displays on the “Account Exists” page in the Student Account system for students with disabled accounts. Clicking this link allows students to open a support ticket with the student helpdesk
  • Fix for an issue where CVC students redirected to their OpenCCC account lose their college context
