CCCApply Release Update: Issue with SuperGlue delivery of new CCPG Student Parent field

An issue identified in SuperGlue during CCCApply pilot testing is blocking delivery of the new CCPG student parent field to the SuperGlue SIS staging tables. The SuperGlue team is actively working on a hotfix for this issue and anticipates a release next week.

This issue does NOT impact the SuperGlue delivery of the CCCApply standard application student parent field, which is delivering as expected to the SIS stanging tables in pilot.

The CCCApply 6.13 Production release will go forward as planned today, June 2, 2023, at 5 pm.

What does this mean for the CCPG student parent field included in the release?

• Student responses to the student parent field will be collected in the online CCPG application as soon as the CCCApply 6.13 release is live in production. 
• Student responses to the CCPG student parent field will be available via the CCCApply Report Center and the CCCTC Data Warehouse.
• Until the SuperGlue hotfix for this issue is deployed, CCPG application records will be delivered to SIS staging tables with a null value in the student parent field.
